Pretty blown away by this place. I moved down the street a few months ago and have been testing my way around the block— this place is by far the best I’ve found. The food is delicious. Unique ingredients and flavors, well prepared, and the ambience is great, too. I’m a vegetarian and had no shortage of options. I’ll certainly be back.

Service was fantastic (kudos to Franklin) – immediately felt like home. Great cocktail and food recommendations! We loved the food, especially the Hummus and the Black Truffle flat bread. The terrace is right by a busy street, but we quickly immersed ourselves into fun conversations and delicious drinks.

Disappointing experience. Service was slow and terrible - it took 20 minutes just to get seated (we had a reservation) and then the waiter took another 20 minutes just to ask what we wanted to drink. We had a feeling this would be a recurring problem and so place our whole order in. Fast forward TWO hours and we’re still waiting for our entrees. Management made no effort to apologize or explain the issue. The table seated next to us had the same experience. When the check came, I had to ask about a strange 6 charge - this restaurant actually has the audacity to charge for TAP WATER. On top of that, they include a forced gratuity for all tables- usually I would be fine with this if the service was up to par but it’s a scam to do that to customers under these conditions. To top things off, after we had paid, the table next to us threw a fit and had half their meal compt - something that was never offered to us (that’s what we get for trying to stay civil). This was also on a Tuesday - I can’t imagine how bad it is on weekends. For that price point, it’s just not worth it. Giving it two stars just for the vibes and decor.

First time dining at Byblos and we had a spectacular dinner here. Loved the octopus, fries, cuscus, and lamb rack. Well crafted cocktails including Al Hamama and Your wish is my command. Also tried the cold tea service which was very unique. Vibe was lovely, the music wasn't too loud for us. Tables were well social distanced. All staff wore masks. Overall enjoyed our meal and would return next time in Miami Beach!
