don't do it guys. it was horrible experience for me and my wife.we booked a property for 9 nights because the pictures I saw on Booking. com. it was a big fat lie. has to have free parking but of course there wasn't. we didn't stay a night but took are refunds from Booking and moved at a hotel 1000 ft away almost for the same price.

Stayed at a property offered by VACASA, location was as described however condition of the property was not. Property had mold coming through the bathroom ceilings. Mold growing in ice maker and the fridge door. Utensils in the drawers were rusted. This in a 600 per night property.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM EVERYONE. Do not book this place!!! LOST A WHOLE NIGHT OF OUR VACATION BECAUSE THEIR HORRIBLE MANAGER, DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE. They have their own employees writing fake good reviews about them.

I was cheated The description said that the property had WIFI, washer and dryer inside the apartment and it is false, they do not have those services. The property offered two bathrooms and one of them was damaged. The shower had a damaged curtain and could not be used. One toilet was clogged throughout the rental. the sinks in both bathrooms are clogged. The third bed had a broken center base and the mattress made a "U" shape. The other two beds had very low quality mattresses and made unbearable noises. It is an apartment that they offer for 8 people and they only place 3 forks in the kitchen. I was scammed and I want my money back

Do not book with them!!! The worse customer service ever!!! I booked a property with them VRBO, and they canceled it 1 day before. They offered a different one without matching the conditions. I asked them for another with the same conditions ,and they said they cannot pay the difference (when it was not my fault the booking was canceled) . They offered a full refund, but refund takes 3 to 5 business days!!! They did not offer to pay de difference of doing a last minute reservation. Worse experience ever!!!! They are scammers !!!

I paid in advance for the apartments but because of the mess in this company I was not settled. As a result I was left in the middle of the street after long trip. The relaxed reception staff will not solve any of your accommodation issues and you will not get any apologies for the misunderstanding either. If you like such adventures then welcome.

Renters BEWARE. We booked well in advance a vacation home in Key West - 5 bedrooms to cover our 10 person family trip. 2 hours into our drive from Fort Lauderdale we were called and informed that a relocation specialist needed to move us. During the conversation we learned that the owner of the home and Vacasa were in a legal dispute. In addition, the house has sustained water damage. We had 3 cars loaded and food for our trip to be extra cautious due to Covid. Our second relocation specialist from Oregon was not so nice. Did not care that we were half way down the Keys - we could take what they gave us or a refund. Be extremely careful when leading from Vacasa. Read the reviews - we wish we would have.
