I have been on Disney cruises numerous times, and it is always a great experience. We were lucky enough to get the Roy Disney Suite, which was incredible. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The accommodations are modern and clean. The food is excellent if you avoid the pizza. The excursions are fun, including Castaway, which is really great if you get a cabana. Overall it was awesome!

Disney keeps the quality everywhere in the cruise. From timeliness, cleanliness and variety to amazing food, service and tidy rooms. After going to this cruise, you won’t like to go to another cruise, specially with kids. Shutterfly is well worth with super awesome photographs. The check in and checkout experience is decent enough. The facilities are extended to castaway cay as well. Kids love the oceaner club and the labs. Gym is pretty good as well. Spa is just okay, probably rainforest is the best deal. Food is highly customizable for vegans and vegetarians. Highly recommended to talk to server for all your preferences. Animator place is the best restaurant to be in!

Amazing food service, fun water rides on the cruise and fun games for kids. Our cruise featured a star wars day at sea which was amazing. Next time I go I’d recommend considering bringing some costumes to dress up and some formal wear. Look into disney bounding for some more subtile ways you can have fun dressing up as an adult.

It is an absolutely beautiful port and it was great to go on a Disney cruise out of Miami. I loved how well kept the cruise loading area was and how friendly the staff were. The water was so blue, clear, and serene. Definitely recommend porting our of here or just even coming the area. There is so much to do nearby. Also if you haven’t been on a Disney Cruise, you are absolutely missing out. A tier above the rest.

I love Disney but their unloading and loading of luggage leaves a lot to be desired.I was unloading two families luggage and saw about 7 baggage guys standing around. I called them over and they all totally ignored me... doesn’t happen at other ships. These guys jump right on it. I know Disney doesn’t like Union workers but at least hire older guys with a little bulk and good work ethics to unload luggage. These scrawny kids with poor work ethics just standing around are a waste.... tell them to go work at McDonslds

Very nicely decorated with Disney Characters all over the luggage area and check in areas!

LOVE! The cruise is fantastic!!! The rooms are amazing, and the staff are even better. a they really bring out the Disney magic. I love this cruise, and this is one of the best memories of my life. as may not be able to go again, ever, but it was an amazing experience, zane I loved every day. I didn’t want too leave! At the terminal, they play Disney shows for kids, and it is nice and quiet, so parents can enjoy themselves. The terminal is bright, and every part of it, and the cruise is pure eye candy. I would kill too go back, and I would love too just go for one more night. It is an experience for everyone, and I love it! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OVER DISNEY WORLD, OR DISNEY LAND. AMAZING!
