We used Trent for a home buyers inspection. He charged less than most inspectors in the area. He spent a lot of time talking with us and was Knowledgeable with respect to real estate. Unfortunately his actual inspection was not very good. He missed a floor to ceiling crack in the foundation, leaking sky light, some loose shingles and signs of mice since we have had them present since we moved in. At times he seemed more concerned with avoiding over burdening the home owners.
I called Trent on Thursday and he did my inspection that Saturday. Very professional, and knows his stuff. His pricing is very reasonable as well. I am going to definitely use him for any future inspections, and I recommend that you do too.
We needed an inspection at the last minute. Trent was able to rearrange his schedule to make that happen.We were very happy that he did an extremely thorough inspection revealing all the things that may have been a concern for us. His meticulous detailed inspection gave us peace of mind.
