Jon and his staff made my car purchase experience simple and stress free. From the first email right through delivery in the pouring rain, they remained professional and made me feel at ease. Even though Hyundai of Newport is a smaller dealership, I didn’t feel like they were rushing me, and they never pressured me throughout the entire process. There were no gimmicks and the price I paid was exactly the price Jon and I had discussed prior to heading into the dealership. Rohan was a friendly, knowledgeable salesman and talked me through all of the technology in my new Palisade, even in the worst weather conditions we had seen in a while. Leah was just as professional and knowledgeable when it came down to financing the purchase, and although I didn’t work with him directly, Greg was another friendly face that greeted me, and offered any help that he could provide. I highly recommend Hyundai of Newport and they have earned a customer for many years and vehicles to come.
Lovely place. They really will try to solve your issues and do the selling job. By this I mean they will work all the paperwork, fixes and anything that you need to do the sales, giving me a nice buying experience. TOTALLY Recommend :) (Just don't try the coffee)
