The customer service is absolutely horrible! Not only do they act like you're committing an inconvenience against them, they act like it's not their job to answer the phone! So disappointed.

Omg these ppl at the homeaides leave me on Scott road I was supposed to be picked up at 9 pm.12am I was still there nobody pick me up I had to take Uber home.never received my 36 back in the end my timesheet was late I had to wait four weeks before they paid me I demands my paycheck the homeaides threaten to call the cops on me because of that too they terminated me these ppl are very wicked I tell you .the rate they pay is unfair but they didn't know that they mess with the wrong caregiver these ppl discharge me.tell me if I ever come in contact with there agency again they send me to jail after I work hard .earn my money I never steal anything from these ppl .they so disrespectful.discriminate people that's a bad thing nobody should work with the homeaides there's slot of other agency am job hunting right now am filling out applications as we speak.
