I would have given 0 if I could. I have had good experiences with this business in the past, but now they have lost a customer. They were rude to me when I called about why they did not order my daughters glasses when she was there and picked them out. I was hung up on. They basically called my daughter and husband a liar. They were all about me paying for the glasses, repeating the balance to order several times, but did not want to hear why I was frustrated with them. I asked to speak to one of the Doctors and they did not call me back. I paid for the exam but was told they did not have a contact prescription for my daughter to share with another eye care establishment. I really want to support local small businesses, but not if I am going to be treated like this. I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend you taking your hard earned money to this establishment. I have never written a bad review in my life before this, but they were definitely out of line.

I had a great experience at Midland Eye associates! My appointment was fast, and the doctor was great! My lenses were fashionable and affordable! On top of that, my lenses got messed up in production, & they gave me some loner lenses with my frames so I can see! Very friendly staff, highly recommended!
Dr Kimball and team are very helpful, timely and sincere. My visits in there are always a pleasure, love to get greeted with a smile and leave with a Have a great day!
They genuinely care and are super friendly. Dr. Kimball takes his time and answers all your questions and concerns. The staff are in general great to talk to and I look forward to my visits every time.
As always friendly and speedy service! Highly recommended!
