They seem real nice. They are a stickler for following the laws, which is good. The lady who helped me to close out my love ones account after their passing was extremely helpful. There was never an issue with working with them. I would recommend this place.
Sonny was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get a new car. She was there for me on call during the whole process, and even when the car lot tried to pull one over on me she immediately caught their mistake and helped me get them to fix it. 5 stars 10/10
The bank doesn't seem to have any issues, my family has had accounts there since before I was born. Loans and other services are handled nicely and efficiently.The only bad reviews I see are stuck up jerks that think they know everything and have delays due to Covid-19 that's out of the banks control. They have a user friendly app that I use for bill pay and deposits with no fees
Very bad customer service. I would recommend looking somewhere else for a credit union.
