I've worked here three years. While we provide excellent work, service and new development, we still manage to find time to have fun and continually learn and develop ourselves individually.
I have engaged and worked with RDI for the last 17 years and they have always delivered top notch service, solutions, and assistance. They can handle everything from daily troubleshooting to major technology project implementations. They stay on the forefront of technology and cyber security/cyber threats that translates into effective solutions at any budget level for their clients. They are cost conscientious, doing much of the work remotely for their clients. However, if they need to be onsite they are there and make the trip as cost effective as possible, tackling the primary purpose for the trip and any maintenance tasks or minor issues while they are there. When you work with RDI you develop long term relationship with one primary person, so they know your network, your environment and can quickly take care of issues or projects. But when needed, you work with others that are specialists and experts in their field. They have a small company feel even though they have grown greatly over the years I have worked with them and are among the leaders in their field.
