I have mixed feelings about Lowes. I've spent a lot of money on appliances and counters there, and the services was good (had to make an appointment). It is hard to find help when you are there casually, and just have a simple question about plumbing or electrical. Returns used to take for ever and the last time I ordered and paid online for pickup it took for ever. I could have just picked up and paid for it at the store much quicker. I do think they have improved their return process.

We've always had pretty good experiences every time we come here. Of course, if it's super busy, I'd recommend holding off buying anything, such as a washer or refrigerator, that requires an employee entering in data in the computer as it will take a long time. The store is mostly tidy, and their restrooms are clean (when I was pregnant, this was a huge plus), and the employees helpful. They have a good selection in their nursery as well.

Ordered a product online to be delivered to the store noticed that the online price had dropped and the nice lady at the store refunding me the difference without a problem.
