Thru no fault of there own just a faulty greedy system that will not listen to the simplest of instructions! I Do Not get mail at my home address! Still waiting to return it all & be done with them! (Now going on 2 months!)

These people are great until there is a problem. Then it's, have we met? There is no support after sales. I need to learn to wait a while befor reviewing.

I had a bad experience with these guys doing a bad install on a hughesnet dish. When they sent a tech out to fix it he refused complaining he didn't make enough money to fix someone else's mistake. He stated he would have the original installer come fix it, well they never followed through. I called them multiple times and left either voicemails or messages with staff. BAD customer service, avoid this company at all costs!
