Don’t expect to get ahold of anyone competent on the operator line if you need information on how to find anyone. They’re belligerently rude and completely void between the ears.

Horrible experience - admitted with diverticulitis and a perforated colon. Emergency room staff was great, but once admitted, I was left for two days in the clothes I was admitted in. The surgeons and attending doctor visited me, examined me and not once did they ask me if I was comfortable or if I needed help getting out of my clothes. The attending doctor ordered intravenous antibiotics (which worked) and also pumped me so full of fluid, I couldn't breathe (after being discharged, my body was distorted because of the amount of fluid - and I had to go to urgent care because I thought I was having an asthma attack - doctor said I had symptoms of congestive heart failure because of the amount of fluid I received in the hospital). While in the hospital, I told the nurse I couldn't breathe and was feeling anxious because of the fluid and she said she couldn't do anything because that's what the doctor ordered. If you go there, make sure you have a person that can be a strong advocate for you. You will definitely need it.

My husband was admitted to this hospital on July 23rd, 2020. His nurses were very nice. They take very good care of him. He was in both levels during his stay. Level 5A and 6B. My husband’s hair was so long and one of his nurses was willing to cut his hair with another the nurse’s help. Thank you to nurse Carie and nurse Aileen for your times to come cut my husband’s hair. One thing that makes me confused is that there are so many doctors were involved in his care and I don’t know which one to talk to when needed.
