I go to this location all the time and they are wonderful from their front person to their manager. However, I believe the area manger was in the store and was talking to someone and he did not have a mask. I politely asked him to put a mask on because they are in the store and the virus is getting worse. He specifically told me he did not need to wear one because he was doing an interview. He was standing where the customers stand so thats a really bad excuse. I told him he still needed to wear one and he moved aside and he ignored me. Just to be clear it was the white manager the area one. He's putting all the customers in danger and not following procedures and he's interviewing ? Please correct this because if I come back and he's not wearing a mask I will escalate this. Because I felt disregarded maybe because of my skin color or something but please review this. Thanks

I like their customers service.. and their sandwiches
Second time visiting this location in the year that I’ve lived here and yet again the service was very unpleasant. I came in without anyone greeting me and then once the cashier was free he was very rude. “What you want” isn’t a customer greeting. He took my order then turned his back and was on his phone the rest of the time I was there (I got a hot sandwich). Needless to say I’ll be avoiding this location and probably JM overall.
David here is very nice and even gave my kiddo a free cookie. I Will be going back to this location and I highly recommend it.
Got a plain steak sub, bread was perfect, sautéed onions, steak cooked just right...I would definitely go back!!!!
