I recommend. After first trying my Home Service plan and then a more recognizable name, I was happily surprised by the efficiency of Water Heaters Now. The technician, Bruce, is one of the top service people we’ve had in our home. He efficiently installed a quality water heater at a reasonable cost. To be fair, I was a little surprised that the price quoted was cash/check only and I was not told until after the service was done. Despite that, I’ll still give a high recommendation considering: quick response, quality product, great installer and on time.

Great service! I called them at about 4PM and they arrived about 7:30AM the next day in a shiny new van and were done installing my new Bradford White Hydrojet Water Heater by 9:30AM. They were wearing masks and put down runners to protect the flooring. Very tidy and efficient!
So happy with our experience with Water Heaters Now! From our initial call, which was later in the evening, all the way to the installation of our new water heater right away the next morning-it was all top notch service. I didn't even expect a call back in the evening, so when Nate called, apologizing that it was late (8:30 or so), I was impressed with both his respectfulness, and knowledge once we chatted about replacing the water heater and some of the issues we had in our space. I was also ecstatic to hear that someone would be able to make it out right away at 7:30 the next morning to get us a new heater. Bruce arrived on time and was so friendly and knowledgeable too. He worked around everything in the tight space of our mechanical area and did an fantastic job of explaining everything from updating to current code, all the way to maintenance. It was a nice bonus that he didn't mind our puppy bugging him a bit too. The shiny new water heater is working great, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and people at Water Heaters Now.
Water Heaters Now is a great company and the owner and technicians are very knowledgeable. The technician that came to the house for replacing my water heater was very professional, answered all my question and did a excellent job in installing the water heater. I would definitely recommend this company.
