I found Mission Beach Pilates while looking up places that are affiliated with the Pink Ribbon exercises for women who are recovering from Mastectomies. Jennifer, the owner, was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE about the body and every muscle and joint in it. I’m an RN and she knows far more than me! After starting with her for recovery from my mastectomies I have continued on 3x a week to gain strength in my total body. I have some serious back issues and she has helped me with strengthening my core. Jennifer and Mission Beach pilates has been life Changing! I highly recommend them! You will feel right at home the minute you walk in the door!

I had a Groupon for some sessions at Mission Beach Pilates. This was my first time trying Pilates. I really enjoyed it! A special thank you to Jennifer. She spent a lot of one on one time with me to help me perform the moves correctly and amended some moves to my comfort level. The studio is very clean and there are a variety of classes. I have continued Pilates at another studio closer to my home but this studio was a great place for me to begin Pilates.
I love this Studio! Jen (the owner) is an amazing trainer that care about you, your weakness and strength. She always push me further and help me strengthening my body. Plus, they have really affordable unlimited monthly membership. They run class 6 days a week and many different type of class so you can't get boarded even if you go everyday. Thank you Jen!
Jennifer and Amy were awesome! Loved my two weeks of classes! Wish I could take them and this great studio home with me such a variety of classes coupled with so many years of experience! Great workout on the beach! Gotta try paddleboard Pilates too!

Jennifer customizes my 1:1 sessions based on what muscles need attention each week. Where am I stiff, tight, have joint pain. I have been working with Jen for 10 years now! She is the best of the best!
Nice clean studio with new reformers. The staff is friendly and the instructor was engaged with each participant. Very classical exercises which honored the pilates method. Great experience.
My first time using the appartus and my first time with a teacher in person. I am approaching 60 and found the class a challenge but doable. It felt so good, I want to perfect every move. Thanks for the support.
