When it became necessary for my husband to have to go to a rehab facility for an extended period, many fears honestly came to mind. One of them was in which hands his life was going to be, that of every day; what hygiene conditions, quality of care he was going to have. For more recommendations that I received, I confess that I had anticipated doubts, however the decision had to be made. Soon my doubts were cleared. Before long, I realized that the Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was of a quality and professionalism that I could not imagine in advance. All the attention that he has received is of the highest level, and I am not referring only to the physical or technical aspect, but, above all, to the human aspect. All the people I have met who provide their services at the Mission Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in addition to being very well qualified professionally, are of a truly remarkable human treatment. They have made my husband, and therefore me, feel that within the physical difficulty for which he is there, he enjoys comfort and security of the highest level. The treatment of the staff, from the Administrator, Mr. Nefi Guzman, to anyone, is excellent. We are very satisfied with the services of the Rehabilitation Center, and we have no doubt in recommending it widely.

If I could put ZERO stars I would. Valley Central Events does not recommend this nursing home for any person. Received several reports that the Director here is pocketing the Moderna vaccines for herself and her close friends/family. Residents were given regular Normal Saline doses via syringes.
Very professional and kind staff. Place is very clean and very good environment. The care of the nurses is fabulous and excellent.
FLATE ZERO is what they deserve x 10. I trusted them with my father, not knowing I signed his death sentence. Where was their Respiratory Therapist when he was gasping for air and where was nursing when he was begging for water. My dad died in November 2020 due to lack of oxygen and water. Tried speaking to head nurse of the home ans didn't return call back and forget the administrator because he don't deal with nursing. I didn't even get an \Im sorry call\ and definitely not a sympathy card. All these reviews are FAKE created by their own staff. I called state either way, if I can save another love, I will. I will never forgive myself for putting him there.
