Everybody’s reviews are based on their experience could be different and this one is mine. They always have what I am looking for, the employees are hard to find some times but after walking all over the place, you find help. Some will guide you and some will redirect you for a better option. I liked that you can find some deals once in a while if you know how to look around and shop for the right items

I am a 65 year old female Winter Texan. I have been shopping at the Home Depot on Sharyn in Mission, Texas for 14 years. After the cold spell hit recently we had a break in our pvc water line going to our Trailer. I took the broken part off and went to my Home Depot. I went to plumbing and was asked by Gil right away if I needed help.He showed me the parts I needed even the Teflon tape to replace it with steel parts.Then he said I would need to take the old parts apart. Since I had used plumbers glue on them before I couldn't even get them to turn. So he worked with it for a bit with 2 pipe wrenches. Then he said \Let's go to the tool shop\ Charlie stepped in and both he and Gil worked with taking my problem apart. Took a bit. I was so happy. I offered to pay them. They said they were not allowed to take tips. So I highly recommend going to Home Depot and if you need plumbing help, see Gil or Charlie.
