Terrible customer service experience. Tried scheduling a time to have their equipment picked up. They originally told us someone will be there on Friday with no definitive time frame but would call us Thursday to give that information. Nobody ever called and the McGowan tech arrived completely unannounced. 100% unacceptable for any business to treat people this way. Will never recommend or choose them for services in the future.

Montana spring water, glad I came. Very inexpensive & amazing. So happy not to be drinking city water from the other guys in town anymore- GROSS.
