The guy that works the front desk in the Labs area will tell you he lives 10 mins from Ohio. I never caught his actual name, but he was super nice and helpful. I wanted to make sure he is recognized for his hard work and excellent customer service. He really made sure I was all taken care of. There was also a lady with long black hair that worked back there and was super helpful making sure all my lab kits we're taken care of accordingly. You guys would even be better if you shipped out the labs for the patients so they don't have to!! Just a suggestion. Other than that I would come back and recommend others do too!

I had to go to this location for a blood draw on a Saturday because the lab in Ypsilanti was closed due to changes in business hours. Due to covid precautions, the amount of people allowed in the office was limited. I was till able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time.
