Bonefish is known for being all around on point as a restaurant. My wife and I dined there on Valentine's Day this year. It was an absolute disaster of an experience. I had to wait for an hour after my reservation time, which I made two weeks in advance, just to be seated. All reservations we're pushed back by at least an hour due to the restaurants lack of preparation. The staff was in such disarray that in the last 30 min of our wait there were at least 5 empty tables, just waiting to be cleaned and used, that never made it into rotation. After an hour of waiting to be seated, 30 min of waiting to have our drink orders taken and finally receiving our appetizers, we were told that they were out of steak, salmon, spinach and pretty much every special on the menu. Had they told us this earlier we wouldn't have wasted an hour waiting for nothing. The only saving grace was our server Anthony. He somehow managed to maintain his composure despite the entire restaurant crumbling around him. He was personable, friendly and genuinely tried his best to salvage the situation. No one else on staff had a clue what was going on....especially the woman claiming to be the manager. Not the first sub par experience I've had here, but definitely the worst and absolutely the last. And to top it all off, we were never offered any compensation or even as much as free bread for our trouble. We will most certainly not be dining here again, which is a shame, as the flavor profiles are usually amazing. If you decide to roll the dice and try it yourself, make sure you ask for Anthony!

The food was bland my husbands steak was rare instead of medium the asparagus was hard as a rock but the potatoes were good and the cheese cake was good the server was a sweetie. The drink was great a sweet with a bit of spice .
Best food in mobile. We had the steak and lobster special, and mussels. Everything was cooked to perfection- lobster was tender and the steak was exactly how we ordered. The best part of the night, however, was our waiter Byron. His optimism and positive attitude turned an amazing meal into an amazing EXPERIENCE. Definitely wouldn’t end this year any other way. Management is going above and beyond to make the diners experience 100%. Kudos all around
We have celebrated valentine's day with a dinner meal at Bonefish grill for the last seven years. Sorry to say last night was the least favorable meal. Service was very slow. Steaks were not the best. We seemed to be finally served and forgotten for the most part. Apparent shortage of help, which was not our fault. Restaurant not prepared for number of customers. Venue next year will most likely be somewhere else.
I loved it. The service was amazing. The food was great. The atmosphere was soothing and elegant. Our waiter Manuel, was a perfect gentleman.
