I was looking for a place to fix my PS4 because it was turning off on its own and I found this store on Google. I read the great reviews and decided to give them a call. I got in contact with Andy who was very professional and listened attentively to what I had to say. I took my PS4 to the store and he was able to change the fan as it was not working properly and making the console overheating. Andy kept communication with me from the time I call for the first time to the very end until I got my PS4 back. This is what I call outstanding customer service . Thank you very much.
