Terrific! Called on Monday to schedule a service tech to check a problem with my 4 year old dryer. Tuesday technician arrived and inspected the dryer. Located the problem, went to his truck, came back with the required parts and installed it in 25 minutes. Friendly, courteous,efficient and economical. Very pleased with my experience with Kevin's Appliance

We've had Kevin repair our past appliances with great success and service. Wednesday we had issues with our stove; I called Kevin. He said 'bring it down'; I did early Thursday morning. He looked at it the same day. I picked it up late Thursday afternoon......'in and out' in less than 12 hours, we were very impressed once again and always appreciate his 'straight to the point' and 'get it done' approach. We will continue to go to Kevin given our past experiences with him and the service he's provided, thanks my friend and appreciate you as always.

Will never shop there again. Bought a used fridge, and he agreed to put fridge in the basement. They delivered to garage, didn't have manpower to put in basement on that day. No problem. I called back a week later to check in, and then 2nd time 4 days later - Kevin yelled at on the phone and hung up on me. I went into the store to have a face to face conversation and he yelled at me and told me to \Get the f% outta my store!\. Professional when I bought the fridge, but once he had my money was rude and verbally abusive. Should be allowed to give zero stars. I filed a complaint with Monroe Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.

All I can say is Wow , called to ask a question about a item that he posted , could not get his web page to load , He then started to argue with me about how wonderful his web page was , and how he had no inventory now ,,,. I’m sorry your web page did not work for me no reason to yell at me ,,,,, highly recommend if you have questions or want good customer service I would stay away... Kevin your in retail customer service should be nice to potential customers

Do I have to give a star? Worst customer service I have ever received, ever! Owner actually hung up on me not once, but twice.....all I want is to fix my fridge and he wouldn't even let me talk. Talked right over me until hanging up on me. If he could not fix it since I waited 2 months for a call back (which I never received) all he had to say was that, instead he decided to hang up on me. I own a local business too you can not treat customers this bad. I have already told 5 people about this experience, and they all said they are not surprised....just say no, you've been warned!
