I highly recommend Monroe Fireplace. We have used their services before to replace parts on our old wood stove. The team there is always very friendly and helpful. We decided it was time to upgrade our old stove to a new more efficient one. Monroe Fireplace had exactly what we needed, they were able to help us determine the right stove for our needs and had several options to choose from with no pressure. Installation was done in a timely matter and not only did they care about keeping our home clean through the process, they made sure that the stove was symmetrically lined up and that it matched where I thought it should be. Great Customer Service and a very satisfied customer!

Brought pellet stove years ago from Monroe Fireplace. Been cleaning and maintaining the stove annually. Decided to get at thorough service and made a appointment for a complete service. Tech called to notify us he was on his way and arrived on time. Tech, Anthony, was very courteous, professional, and polite. He ensured that the surrounding area was protected from any ash or dust while cleaning the stove. His workmanship and knowledge is outstanding. He left the area very clean. The stove is working like it's new. Thank you very much Anthony and Monroe Fireplace.

Overpriced, and waiting period is over extended, I left there feeling like they wasted a ton of my time, and got the measurements wrong for the peice I ordered, took well over a month for a flat peice of spray painted metal. And charged me an arm and a leg.

The customer service is outstanding at Monroe Fireplace and I was really surprised in everything that they have to offer and with real reasonable prices!! Also it felt so good to buy local from a small town business!! I highly recommend Monroe Fireplace!!
