My wife and I just purchased a New Ram 1500 Rebel form Rairdon’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Monroe. This was the best car buying experience we have had! Roman the sales person that helped with all the paperwork was very professional. I also got the pleasure to work with Robert the GM as well. What a class act. He was extremely transparent through the entire process and made purchasing a car a great experience. I highly recommend if you are in the market giving Robert and his team a chance to earn your business. Dave thank you for making the financing part quick and easy. We even forgot a couple items in our trade-in vehicle and Russ meet us after they had just closed to help us grab the items. Thank you for saving us a trip back out Russ!

I brought in my ‘18 Jeep because my forward collision warning turned itself off and threw up an error code. The service writer informed me that because I have an aftermarket bumper they are refusing to honor the warranty. I explained that the bumper has been on for months and it’s worked just fine. She said that because I moved the ACC sensor it’s not warrantied any more. I explained that the aftermarket bumper does not move the sensor from its original location. They still refused so I left. It doesn’t bug me that something isn’t warrantied after aftermarket parts are added. It really bugs me that after explaining several times to two different people that this issue has nothing to do with the bumper and has been working fine for months, they refused to even listen or try anything! They saw an aftermarket part and saw it as an easy way out of a warranty repair. That’s some really poor service. I’m adding a picture of the bumper just to show that the bumper goes around the camera and doesn’t block its view. It’s the most common aftermarket bumper you can buy for the WK2 and no one is reporting interference issues with the camera. Hell, MY camera is still working as it’s detecting vehicles and and lanes, it’s just the FCW that’s disabled itself for some reason. Dodge/Jeep service departments have this growing reputation for being worthless lately. This place definitely doesn’t change that stigma.
