We tried to go to this business today for my autistic grandsons birthday and purchased a Groupon for the evening. In turn laser tag was not available. The gentleman that was talking to us had no clie as to what was going on. He stated we should have called first. I proceeded to tell him that we had been calling for 4 days and nobody answer nor returned the call. On top of that he acted like it didnt matter Never again. Will i ever return to this place.

Awesome. My son & me had a great time here playing laser tag. Plus its good exercise running around while playing. And their arcade is decent also.
My sons birthday party went really well here! No complaints really for our first time having a birthday party here and the girls were very patient with us rounding up the kids for their turn for the laser tag. The pizza was from Sbarro's so it was good too while as far as I could see was clean. The games seemed fine as well, no broken games I noticed and better than Chucky cheese's arcade which doesn't take much really these days. The 25 tickets redemption card for each kid was nice too and appreciated. All that they could improve on is maybe 5 more minutes for each game of laser tag (but having 3 games for the party did make up for that I'll admit so it wasn't bad), and a extra table for us to put gifts on or something. Just a small table since I don't think they could fit another big table and really a big one is unnecessary for that. Just wish my son's dad would've said he wanted black table cloth instead of the orange or we bought a bloody looking table cloth but that is on us. Like I said I can't complain about the girls since they had a good attitude with us and the kids while the kids had a blast!
We had a 7 year old birthday here and had a great experience! The team there provided all party supplies, pizza was on time and from Sbarro's, and most importantly the kids had a great time in the black light laser tag room. Suggestion- bring quarters for the kids to play arcade games between Lazer tag.
