We placed an order online that said it would be ready in 25 minutes. We arrived and were curious of why the parking lot was full. We placed our order @ 5:00 because we have small kids and eat early. At 5:25 I went in and the order taker said everyone needs to wait in the car and they would call us when our order is ready. They mentioned they were a little behind. I waited another 25 minutes with no call so I got out and saw other customers waiting outside. A employee came out and said they were about a half hr behind orders so I thought my order was close. Another 30 minutes went by and I called the Red Lobster and was told they can’t look it up because of how many orders were in right now. After another 30 minutes a total of 2 hrs after we placed our order it was 7:00 and I called the manager again asking if I could close out something if it wasn’t ready. I was told it wasn’t even up to be packaged and likely wasn’t hooked. It was 3 kids meals and shrimp and a steak. I asked what we could do and she said her estimate was 20 minutes and they they would know. She said I could cancel the whole order which I’m not sure if it actually was or if my order was just late. Online it still says 25 minutes until any order places will be completed. Be careful if you order take out. I felt bad for the employees but I didn’t even get an apology but said they weren’t expecting a large amount of orders.

My lobster dinner was amazing! We called in a pickup order, lobster dinner along with a family meal! The kids loved it so much, they want me to order it every weekend! Even though it was to go and we ate it at home, it was still really delicious, warm when we ate it and my butter was still melted for my lobster! It was amazing! Thank you so much for making great food!!

Amazing service and great deal! I got to the restaurant around noon, so I was able to order the lunch special. The plate was so big I couldn't even finish everything, and the curry and the sides were simply perfect. Plus, compared to other Indian restaurants I've been to, this place has really good deals! Also, I usually rate places solely based on food because that's really what I care about. Being from another country where we don't expect to be treated like royalty at restaurants, my standards are low on that aspect, but the servers here were beyond nice, so I felt like I had to mention it.

Family meals deals are great for pickup! The Seaside Shrimp Trio was delicious...the kids loved it!
