We bought a sears kenmore refrigerator January 2020, from the Sears home town store in Monticello, Ar, and they agreed to hold it at the store, because we were remodeling a house. We had it delivered April 2,2020. Now 5 months later it has stopped cooling. We were told after 30 days it was a sears problem!!! We have a 1 year warranty on it , so we call sears and they said it would be October 21,2020 before they could look at it. Needless to say we lost all the food inside. Sat on hold for hour and forty minutes to even speak to anyone. Never trust this place, not good business.

Locally owned store means you can deal directly with the owners. Great service, low prices, and great selection of products. Now offering a lease to own program with no credit required!

There should be a no star option because this place doesn’t deserve one. My 80 year old Grandmother purchased a refrigerator, from the Crossett location, and when it was installed her floor was damaged. After getting the run around with Sears corporate, I called and spoke with the owner of the Crossett and Monticello store, Glen Beer. He told me that bc it was an independent home store he was responsible and would take care of it. After a few weeks, my Grandmother told me she had not heard from him. After numerous calls, I called the store “again” today. I explained who I was and why I was calling. I was told Mr. Beer was on the phone and he would get back with me. As always... totally avoided by this guy. I urge anyone reading this to not only avoid doing business with a company that doesn’t stand behind their word or repair damages incurred by their delivery services, but also to share this experience with as many people as possible. Help everyone avoid supporting a business that doesn’t care about the customers, their property, and especially a business with no regard for their elderly customers.
