They're a scam. I ordered a bouquet for a friend in from what I thought was Palisades Park florist which only exists online. Apparently, that created fake florists online with different names and then redirect the orders to Montvale. It's like FTD or 800 Flowers. I ordered a specific bouquet which they said they would do with roses, lilies, and hydrangea for 150. Instead they sent their standard Halcyon Heart bouquet which I saw on the receipt. Hydrangea, 3 roses, no lilies, just some stock and other inexpensive flowers. All in, it was worth maybe 75 and for that price it was a nice bouquet. But not for 150 and definitely not what I ordered. I've seen other reviews from people who ordered from florists in other places with other names, all redirected to Montvale. Big scam. Don't get fooled the way I did.

I used Montvale Florist for my wedding and they were AMAZING. Their prices were incredibly reasonable, and they were just fantastic to work with. They incorporated all of our ideas and made them look even better than we could have hoped. I also realized on the morning of the wedding that I had forgotten to ask them to drop off the flowers for my hair at the hotel and not the venue, so I called them when they opened and they arranged to get me what I needed with no hesitation. I would recommend them to every single person - they were just fantastic.
Such a beautiful thanksgiving display that came delivered the day before thanksgiving. It was a beautiful centerpiece! I loved how easy it was to order online and schedule a delivery. It was great for this last minute idea I had.
They never disappoint! I always have confidence that what I order will be what is delivered. This last order I let the florist design the arrangement instead of me choosing and it was beautiful! Definitely 5 stars!
First time buyer with them and I just want to say amazing floral piece. will be using them again. Excellent floral shop!!
