I went in for a desperately-needed snow shovel and there were four or five excellent choices to choose from. However, I was unable to make a purchase because their internet was down and the clerk had no idea how to manually operate the equipment to make a cash payment. There wasn't even any indicator as to how much the snow shovels cost. I left without a shovel

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never been treated so badly! I ordered and paid cash for Brand new refrigerator and a floor model dishwasher.when I went to pick up, I was told they didn’t have the dishwasher anymore. Had to got to atm to refund my . As I paid cash. Then new manager was such a jerk to me I told him I didn’t want anything from this store, I wanted my back from refrigerator too, he had no so said he would put on my debit as a return, I’ve yet to see it. I’m furious.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had syw rewards points and all the Sears retailers near me were closed. They went above and beyond to get me the cordless yard tools I needed. I will be returning for all my craftsman product needs!
Very nice people and helped us pick out our replacement refrigerator. Steven and Rich are very helpful and made it a very easy. Well worth the drive to go to them. The store is well lit up and they talk to you like your family. Definitely will go back there for our next upgrade.
