We recently changed our DOT/Commercial Carrier testing over to the company and the options are vast, the pricing is fair and the service/response has been great. We were up and running in no time and I have been extremely impressed. We will be more efficient, with more options across the country, quick results and help when needed. Happy we switched!

Did not have a good experience. The lady in the front desk (Aileen)needs to do better. 3 stars because the owner is a decent man it seems.
Aileen is wonderful. She's super competent, kind and organized. My daughter has Lyme Disease and sometimes has unusual draws to do. The last time, we tried several other places who could not do it, but Aileen did it without blinking an eye. Today, we had several tests done, as well, and it went just as well. She even organized it all for the Fed Ex shipment to the labs. She makes the task so much simpler, and this will be our \go to\ place from now on.
InOut Labs is amazing! We contacted InOut labs to come to our facility and provide flu shots for a large group of our employees. Tim was fantastic with the coordination and we were able to get this scheduled in a short period of time. Their staff that came out (Kevin and Stephanie) did a wonderful job and were a real pleasure to work with. They were professional, safe, and sanitary with their procedures. We will use InOut labs in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone.
