Decent prices. Thought the scratch and dent was a good idea with just a small scratch like they say. Got refrigerator in place and plugged in after finishing the remodeling. Then realize it’s missing a shelf on the French doors. Find out if you go through scratch and dent it doesn’t matter if stuff is missing. Definitely spending the money and just buying brand new from now on. Hopefully it doesn’t fall apart. Don’t see much help coming from here.

Okay, Some Scratch & Dent items would probably have purchased from them if I lived here. Needed New Refrigerator...

I purchased a gas range, paid for the installation, only to have the delivery men say they couldn’t install gas ranges. Also, the picture of the appliance looked matte online, and it is a shiny black. I went without a stove and oven for a couple days because I had to hire someone (and pay an additional 125) in order to get it hooked up. Had I know this was the case, I wouldn’t have ever ordered from this company. They refunded me the 50 installation fee, but that was all they could offer for the inconvenience. Lesson learned. Also, the delivery men left the massive cardboard box for me to clean up (I am injured and only have one functioning arm). Word of advice, check out the appliance you’re interested in at a store for a realistic version of what you’re getting, and absolutely do not pay for the installation.

I do not recommend this company. When we ordered a freezer online, it said that there was only one in stock. We bought it in mid-November. At the time they could not give us a delivery date. After more than a week we called them back and they said that they did not have any at this time, but a shipment was coming in. How could that be? We bought the one they said they had. They continued to advertise that they had one in stock and I would guess others also bought the "only one left", like we did. We finally got a delivery date of November 30th. It didn't come. We called again and they gave us two additional delivery dates each time we called. It finally arrived at 7:00 a.m. on January 8th. We insisted that it be opened to look for damage. The freezer was severely damaged. One bottom corner was smashed in. There were two additional dents on the outside and when we opened the door dozens of shards of plastic fell out. We refused the delivery. When I called them that day at 9:30 a.m., I was placed on hold. I was told I could get a call back and would not lose my place in line. I did that. m. I called back. This time I stayed on the line until I was told that I was 17th in line. It is 3:00 and I still do not have a call back. My husband called a few minutes ago and got right through. They said they have no more freezers and will send our money back in 7-10 days. I do not recommend this company!!

DON'T ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!!! We just purchased a refrigerator and because white is almost nonexistent, we went for a different color so we had to buy a stove to match as well. The refrigerator was three quarters of an inch too big to fit in our door. So the delivery drivers informed us that there was a restocking fee of 20% (which was 459.00 in my case ). My fiance went down and said we would take the other refrigerator that we didn't really want and was willing to pay the extra for it. The unprofessional and rude lady said we would still have to pay the 20%. So, they charged us 459.00 to take it back from our house which is less than a mile away!!! No refrigerator no stove and we are out 459.00. That is theft if you ask me!!!! The owner has yet to return my phone calls...but why would he, he just made 459.00 for absolutely nothing \u200d️

Went down to look at used dryers.. absolutely no information on them. The customer should know what was wrong with them before or if it was just a scratch and dent deal. Always good to know what you buy and if you just tell the customer there’s no information that’s bad business

I don't like to say anything about a business. Their technician came down to service my dryer. He was there a couple of minutes and wouldn't work on it because of the cat smell. It wasn't bad. He made us feel like scum. I will never deal with them again. Customers is your business. Insulting them isn't.
