What a great experience! I ordered bereavement flowers, and wrote in my message that I hopped they could be planted. The store called me to say the flowers in the basket weren't perennials, but they would gladly exchange some of the plants so they would come back year after year. Such great customer service, and a wonderful eye for knowing what the customer wants.
The service was quick and good but the flowers didn’t look anything like the photo online. They were very disappointing.
Thank you for delivering the beautiful flowers to me in Chadwick, that my children ordered for my birthday on April 7th. They are still fresh & beautiful & the roses make the room smell so good!
