Love being able to check on the house with our cameras, open and close our doors. Warming up the house before we get home is great too. Their service techs and installers are awesome too! When I first contacted Mountain Alarm, I was told a service technician would contact me. Three days later I finally heard from the co. I received a call from the manager after he saw my review and explained to him what happened. He apologized for the lack of communication and told me that he could still gime me the service I requested. Plus he would give me the first month's service for free to make up for the inconvenience. Nice company to work with.

Had my install done months ago and they can’t get my doorbell to work. Very difficult to get ahold of someone after you sign a contract. No call no shows for service. Countless messages left. My next call is going to be my credit card company to see if I can get the charges reversed. Updated to a 4 star. The GM called me almost immediately when he saw my review. The doorbell was fixed within the week. Still a 4 star due to the level of frustration I had experienced with no return phone calls, no call no shows, and multiple attempts to install my doorbell and get it in working order. I will say the GM did rectify the situation and made it a priority. Thank you very much.
