One of the very best venues for musical entertainment. Site of one of America's best bluegrass festivals. Staff is excellent. There really isn't a bad seat.

The music shows that happen during the season are a wonderful experience. The shows start with a square dance demonstration. Then local artists play different kinds of music from the early 1900's and before. You'll hear early jazz, old time, bluegrass, and delta blues. Even come modern hits done in that old time style. They frequently bring in big names such as Suzy Bogguss to perform. The seating is comfortable and the stage is easily seen from any seat in the house. The concession stand has the BEST hot dogs. Great experience in the Ozarks.

A singular esperience...Ozark Highlands Theater keeps the tradition of old-time music alive in the 21st century. A true Ozark Legacy.

Nice concert hall. White grannies walked out on folk / blues ArtistTaj Mahal :-(O The town square 'folk festival' bluegrass / folk is mostly quite amateur, lots of gospel and their rules require old songs ONLY. The audiences prefer any pre-teen white girl fiddler over skilled genuine musicians. Try Weizer, Idaho for a genuine old-time Fiddle festival.
