Called for information on renting my property. I was abruptly put on hold for 5 minutes. Jay, the man who was fielding my call answered a few questions then told me he had to take a call. Terrible service. Couldn't imagine dealing with this service for an extended period of time. They charge 25% on rentals as well as charging 60 dollars a month cleaning fees Maybe I would pay that if the customer service was par.
