Move It doesn't just make you sweat, it's a fun workout with instructors who care! If you want to be pushed, that's an option, but they also offer modifications so everyone does movement that's good for them. I love the dance-based philosophy and after over a year of taking classes, I can say without a doubt that I'm a lot stronger (hello, newfound upper body strength!). They also offer excellent virtual classes (including a stellar all-levels adult ballet class) and have detailed in-studio procedures to keep everyone safe during the pandemic. 10/10 trust and recommend!

Overall wonderful! The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful and everyone is friendly and accepting of where you are. Due to some health constraints I can't do all the movements and am always given alternative movements. Everyone who goes here consistently says great results!
AMAZING team of instructors who really care about each member of the class! I’ve dropped in for classes several times over the years and each time the class is hard, but doable. (Also usually sore in all the right places the next day!). Highly recommend!
If you are looking for an efficient workout that will challenge you at any level of fitness, while being welcoming to people from all walks of life in all shapes and sizes, this place is for you. They have gone above and beyond with safety and cleanliness measures and you will feel assured that they are requiring proper mask use, hand hygiene, distancing etc. for the duration of the pandemic.
