Diana went above and beyond to make our carriage ride experience a dream come true! Our neighbor, who is blind, has told us on several occasions that when the time comes, he wants a horse and carriage for his funeral procession. And we would often tell him let’s do it now, while you are alive! So with Diana’s help, we surprised him with a carriage ride for his 70th birthday! Diana had the carriage decorated with flowers, wore her formal attire and even added bells to add to his riding experience! He speaks of his carriage ride often. When we play the video, the sound of the bells instantly brings a smile to his face! Originally, we were concerned about how much this experience would cost. After seeing how much it takes to take care of the beautiful horses and carriages and meeting Diana and her hard working staff, the cost was well worth it! We are already looking forward to a winter sleigh ride! Thank you Diana and staff for keeping this classic, historic experience alive!

Diana was so pleasant to work with as this was a surprise gift for the couple, arrangements were changed a few times on the wedding day due to changing wedding activities schedules. Diana was very accommodating and everything went perfectly exactly as I had pictured it. The horse and carriage were decorated perfectly and photography and video were able to be coordinated with the arrival and ride. Amazing experience.
Diana & her beautiful horse Brogan gracefully escorted my daughter, her Fairy Godmother & her 2 best friends to her Royal Sweet 16 birthday party this past Saturday!!
