The Suarez

Our tour and educational guide was very informative along the way. Great activity to do with the whole family. We went snowshoeing and it was a whole lot of fun. Great experience.

The staff was so nice and knowledgable. The ranger even referred a good place to eat. She told me dos and don'ts of hiking in the six foot snow. This is a journey you must take. This is a great trip. The views are abouslutly breathtaking.

This visitor center is amazing! Its beautiful. The location itself is beautiful. The grounds of this center has two amphitheatres, a picnic area , and there are hiking trails you can take. The hours are M-F 9:00-4:00pm. Make sure you gps it, or you would miss it. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Aaron suggested some spots for us to visit, since we were there just for the scenic view. The weather up there is about 20 degrees cooler than down in Vegas. So it was a nice getaway for the day to keep cool.

Wonderful day spent here! We did hike Mount Charleston. But only part of the way. About 20 degrees cooler than when you start. Beautiful scenery all the way up.
