Bunch of jerks who talk over you and don't care what you are trying to say. Tried to explain that I have credit union approval for more than their price and tried to ask about a bigger house and Heywood answer was I don't care. He was stuck on selling me a smaller house than I want even though I have approval for twice that amount. What an idiot.
