Will never visit them again. A two star is too high. Went there at opening time and was told had to go back outside and wait. Waited for 15 minutes past their opening time. Employees were inside and didn't acknowledge me or inquire about why I continued to wait outside. I left and found Medirect Medical Supplies where I found good customer service and I wrote a 5 star review for Medirect Medical Supplies.

If you value customer service and your wallet DO NOT SHOP HERE. The staff is not just unfriendly, they are rude. My first purchase several years ago was based on a physician referral to Multi Medical. I purchased the product several time before learning that I was paying 2.5 times more than any other medical supply was charging. Most recently, upon leaving the emergency room with my husband, I stopped to pick up wound care items that we were needing quickly. I new better but was in a pinch. 174.00 later, and once home, I looked on line and found I could have purchased the same items and quantities for 40.00. A week later, after a follow-up appointment, they changed the course of treatment. I went by to see if I could exchange some of the items or return them and was told they have a no return policy. I can only guess this is because once everyone finds out that the prices they are charging are almost criminal, everyone would want to return. This is a shame since most of there customer base are the elderly on fixed incomes. I don't know how they sleep at night.

I called several places looking for an unusual product and drug stores don't carry it, the other medical supply stores in my area either hung up on me or just weren't helpful BUT Adam, at Multi-Medical was nice, helpful offered all kinds of help! What a great business...go here if you need any medical supplies! He is the BEST

This is the best medical supply store in the Houston/Sugar Land area. Adam and Brent have taken care of our needs for the past 5 years and they have done an excellent job, from finding the best scooter for my husband, to taking care of the smallest details. They are so friendly, kind, thorough and professional. It's always a positive experience when we go there. My husband and I highly recommend this store.

We were so lucky we found this place. The customer service is top notch. They answered all of our many questions and were so helpful. Brent and Adam personally delivered our items and treated us like family. The lift chair we order is like nothing else we could find. And they have other adaptive equipment that we did not know even existed, but that made it much easier for my dad to function safely. We would highly recommend them and use them for any of our equipment needs.

This store is only good if you’re obese. I went in for a knee brace and their sizes ranged from L to 5XL. Ridiculous.

I just came back from Multi-Medical Store. Wow, and again wow. I walked in, told Maxie I was looking for a particular type of back brace. She showed me their stock, I picked one out, exactly what I was looking for. I tried it on, it was a perfect fit. Adam, the owner took the money and I left, one happy camper. So why go anywhere else in a ten or twenty mile radius? Well? I wouldn't.
