This post is for people who ordered through Blossom Flower delivery online!!! If you’re hoping to surprise a loved one with flowers DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE OR THROUGH BLOSSOM FLOWER DELIVERY ONLINE: this is the place that arranges the flowers for the Carbondale, IL area. (DISCLAIMER!!!) Please don’t get the flower shop “The Blossom” in Mount Vernon, IL mixed up with Blossom Flower Delivery. They have nothing to do with the poor quality service!!! It’s CINNAMON LANE FLOWERS you should call. My boyfriend paid extra so the flowers would be delivered around a specific time. They showed up an hour late and they didn’t call to say when they arrived (even thought they were specifically instructed to call me. Even had my phone number and address written on the little note card where you can leave a message, and yet they couldn’t follow the instructions) He paid 80 for a flower arrangement that doesn’t look anything like the picture. Even the vase was wrong and had a tacky ribbon tied around as a last stitch effort hoping the customer wouldn’t notice it was a different vase. Just overall unprofessional, and not worth your money.

We ordered a 300 dollar casket spray that was half the size in the book a 120 dollar side piece that was a fourth of the size in the book and the heart pillow was the best out of all..I have worked in flower shops before and know prices of flowers and somebody made some good money!!!! The whites roses had dark petals on top did not even pick them off and was only just a hand full in all arrangements!!! Very very disappointed in these pieces and don’t not believe we should be charged full price that was in the book that we pick out!!! Especially for my fathers funeral️
