Nice people, Great service! Needed a washer/dryer quickly. All the big box stores were saying at least 3 week delivery. There getting them to us in one! Highly recommend!!

I have been looking for a replacement for our over-the-top gigantic refrigerator that was in the house when we bought it. Finally after 3 years, Swift came over and told me my options and I easily selected the one I wanted. Once it arrived the installation men were WONDERFUL and did a superb and meticulous job! I highly recommend Swift appliances!!

I have bought all my current kitchen appliances from Swift. Ever since they opened I realized I didn’t have to trek up to the big box stores and get average service. When I went into Swift for my new stove and microwave I was helped by Caitlin who went over my options with me. She showed me a stove they had in the store and it was just what I was looking for. I compared their price to the big stores and it was competitive once she added in the manufacturer’s specials. The best part is the delivery crew — 3 amazing guys who are knowledgeable, polite, friendly and professional to the hilt! I mean every detail was covered. Trust me. If all else is equal when you’re shopping for your appliance, choose Swift just to get these guys to deliver and install for you. You won’t regret it!

Ordered and paid in full for full set of kitchen appliances on November 11, 2020. I was told that Whirlpool was having production issues but not to worry they would include 2 deliveries. I called several times to check status as dishwasher had stopped completely and other appliances were subpar. I finally talked to someone that actually checked. Oh everything but the range is here. We were going to wait and deliver at one time. NO. So everything but range was delivered on December 23, 2020. I continued to call about range. You are 7 in line. Then it was 6th. I asked if there was another range in black stainless available without all the bells and whistles. I was told she would check and call back. Still waiting.. I then asked if they could check with WhirIpool and see if these were even in production. Oh no we can’t do that. So I did some research and found that this range most likely won’t be available until July 2021. The big box stores have manufacturers reps that visit regularly. This has held up our kitchen remodel. Range was delivered this morning yes from big box. It’s not a whirlpool but looks perfect with other appliances. More features and several hundred less. When I called to cancel with Swift, the guy that answers phone couldn't have cared less. I will give him kudos for having credit back on card in 2 days. I got the feeling I dont have the right pedigree to be a Swift customer. Never again.

Swift Appliance is simply WONDERFUL! In this day of everything "BIG BOX STORE" you DO have a Choice! You can do business with THIS wonderful store and deal with nice, professional people or you can drive to the local big box, stand in line and watch THE ONLY salesperson talk on the phone or work with the other customer. IF you can ever get any sales help you will then be told he or she does not work in appliances or if you get an appliance sales person you will then be told the store stocks zero appliances and you will need to order your product and schedule and pay for a delivery for a future date. Doing business with Swift is simply SO much better, Swift has in stock many, many appliances that you can take with you or have delivered or yes you can order you anything custom etc. I find the pricing is exactly the same as the big box or better, the customer service sure is better! I called Swift and had questions about specs and size of a dishwasher. Amber sent me a email with dishwasher specs, size, price and reviews with-in a few seconds of my call. Try getting that kind of service at any other Appliance store! I have purchased a few appliances from Swift over the years and I have had the exact same, over the top experience! Yes Swift has many many choices in the higher end appliances that you may need for your custom kitchen but I also find Swift appliance is THE place to buy your builder grade or rental or entry level appliances and chances are it will be in stock at the same low price as those other guys...Swift will deliver your goods or I find these nice folks will help you place it on your work truck and have you on you way very swiftly, in no time and time is money! Murrells Inlet is Blessed to have such a fine store and people servicing our local community. This company deserves your business and goes over the top to earn it! Five star review and well deserved! 100% Highly recommended!

My over range the microwave died, I gave them a call, completed the transactions over the phone , the microwave was in stock and in 3 days had it installed!!!! Awesome job to the sales and install team! I will highly recommend them to anybody.
