Customer service was excellent, as always...this project and the last project! The installation went smoothly and the finished product was awesome! Ron (customer service) was very cordial and prompt and followed through with everything we asked to be done! Jesse and Dave did an excellent job on the installation! The transitions were perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend On the Level Flooring to anyone wanting to install hardwood flooring! They are the very best company we’ve used for any type of household installation product! You will not be disappointed or have any regrets!

On The Level Flooring consistently lays the groundwork for home enhancement, Love my new flooring. Ron gave me options and information to make good decisions for what was best for our home scenario. We have several dogs and cats, and yet we wanted carpet. Ron suggested a certain type of carpet that has a layer of plastic shielding underneath to stop urine form penetrating through the carpet. Ron also steered us way from looped carpet fibers as they provide a reason for cats to play tug-of-war. We decided to go with the extra cushiony pad as we are often on the ground playing with our pets. Ron's team were great, efficient and pleasant, and provided quality installation. Our home is so beautiful, functiontal, and very comfortable. Thank you OTLF!
We are 100% happy with the job On the Level Flooring did for us. We had LVP laid throughout our brand new home and it was done quickly and very reasonably priced. Everything looks very professional and there were no surprises. I would recommend them (and have) to anyone who asks.
We had a million people come out for estimates for redoing our floors due to a pipe bust. Ron made the process so easy and effortless! Jesse and his team did an outstanding job on putting our floors in. Super fast and efficient. You can even see little touches they went out of their way to make. This company is amazing and will be doing the rest of the floors in our house. Incredibly professional and just all around amazing customer service! I honestly can’t say enough good things about them.
