I absolutely love “ Progressive Health & Performance.!! They are truly amazing they have helped my daughter tremendously mentally and physically. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family they’re so wonderful. I’ve never seen a gym like this before where they take so much time and really care about their customers, not like most gyms, where we are just a number & want just your money, they follow up with us constantly, always in contact with me and I can’t even tell you again how much they have helped my daughter! I will never go to another gym again. The trainers there are absolutely wonderful, The entire staff is just so wonderful & again & if I could give them more than five stars I would! They truly care about their customers and that’s what I love so much about this gym! My daughter absolutely loves going there, they are very understanding and again if I could give them more than five stars I would. Thank you so much to all the people that work here and all the trainers the staff everyone you guys are truly amazing !

Last year was incredibly stressful for everyone. Shut downs and constant worry of what the future might hold. And then we found Progressive Health & Performance! Within the first initial visit we knew this gym was the place to be. The warm welcome we were given was astounding and most sincerely genuine. Coach Rudy has given me hope to be the best version of myself with no expectations. I’ve struggled for years trying to gain healthy weight and he has educated me in finding the perfect balance for my physique. In the last few months I’ve gained over 5 pounds of muscle and continue to grow. But it doesn’t end there, Coach Rudy does therapy to help recovery & injuries! The versatility at this facility is impeccable and could not be more blessed to have found them when I did.

I have been attending workouts with Maria since September 2000. My workouts are for two or three days a week. Maria is always on time with her amazing positive attitude and a very through one (1) hour program. She really cares and only wants the very best results possible for her clients. She is extremely positive and brings a very fun attitude to every workout. Quite simply, she is terrific.

I have been training with Rudy for about months. My daughter originally introduced me to him - we train in a group setting. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently 46) if not for the personal attention given in my training sessions. Rudy is always very encouraging and has a vast knowledge of his profession. I have never been so committed to my workouts in my entire life. I have lost almost 15 pounds and 5 inches. I would recommend Rudy in a heartbeat. I aim to continue to train and maintain a good level of fitness with his help for a long time to come.

This place is immaculate. The facility itself is very well prepped and clean. The people who work here are all very understanding, nice, well educated, and have that drive to see everyone get better. Jordan Simpson was the one who really pushed me to reach my potential. Not only did he push me to get better in a safe manor but talking to him about nutrition and getting some health tips really helped me. I can gladly say my life is going in a better direction thanks to that man!
