My son has special needs and truly loves music. We recently visited the Academy for a trial class and I cannot say enough positive thoughts about them. We met with Maria and she was so warm and welcoming to my son.. he felt right at home;) The instructor was energetic and silly..and really tapped into my sons talent and creativity in just one lesson. I was so pleased to know there is a safe, warm and accepting place that he can feel comfortable and happy.. and learning what he loves most.. music! Thank you for all you do ;)
The Music Academy is an AMAZING PLACE! My son has learned so much from the amazing staff and Maria the owner is by far so caring and sweet....she has a heart of gold and enjoys all of the amazing kids and adults that attend classes at the Music Academy. I have recommended the Music Academy to many people and will continue to do so....Thank you Maria and staff for all of your hard work & amazing dedication!
There is NO ONE who is more dedicated than Maria and the staff at Music Academy for Special Learners. My children both took music therapy there and Maria has supported her students, charities, families and the special needs community as a whole in countless ways. There is no place better to send your children hands down. Such a caring special place.
This company is one of the best in the industry for both special needs and neurotypical individuals. The patience of the staff is incredible. They go out of their way to help our kids. The owner is very approachable and her staff is second to none. As the President of Longwood SEPTA, Self Direction Broker and mother of a child with special needs, I cannot say enough good things about them. They do alot for the special needs community of long island and are always willing to lend a helping hand.
