I know some of these reviews are hard to read but I love living in the Princeton Apartments on Mathews Street! They're quiet, well kept, and maintenance is always easy to request and prompt. Cameron at the MyHouse office has helped me the of move in and every day since, we love him! Being big animal lovers we appreciate the fact that they don't charge monthly pet rent. Were not going anywhere soon!

We've been renting through MyHouse since moving to CO and have had a pleasant experience. There has been good response to maintenance requests on our property, including cleaning by the MyHouse crew, and we get regular pest control sprays as well. There's always good notice from MyHouse about the maintenance, and we get regular email newsletters and rent reminders. Paying rent is easy and the team at the office has always been friendly. Unfortunately with Covid there was an unforeseen rent increase, however we recently re-signed a new lease and were able to keep our current rent price the same. We've had very good communication with the team and even received holiday cards and incentives for remaining tenets. Definitely happy we moved here :)

This property company was no less than its reputation we were desperate at the time as I was pregnant and in a bad roommate situation! Any how we have lived at the Mathew st residence for a little over a year. We have had packages stolen, weird people pull the fire alarm as a prank, people not picking up their dogs poop so the apartment smells terrible, the washer and dryers don’t work... and they charge you for them, none of the units have dish washers. They have had to spray for bugs 4 times and counting(even tho our unit has stayed clear due to our personal pro activity) when our packages were stolen we were told we couldn’t examine footage from the “ring” camera installed on both entrances because the camera belonged to the owners, wouldn’t give us the owners info so we could even reach out ourselves... I can’t wait to move in July, I personally have noticed our unit has cleared out quickly since covid times! But thank god they have people cleaning weekly that’s one positive to this unit!

DO NOT RENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY: I rented a 2 bedroom apartment on Robertson St from 2019-2020. From the begining they were super helpful getting me a quick apartment, and were responsive in maintience and any questions I had. However, since moving out July 13th it took them over 60 days to get my security deposit back. And when I did I only got 113 out of 1,112. There were minor scratches from my dog on the doors, ok understandable. However, they took out 360 for cleaning fees (40 per hour, meaning they cleaned the apartment for 9 hours?!) and almost 100 for a rekey fee. We left that place better than we found it. I am appaled by their unproffesionalism and these ridiculous charges. When I called to discuss this they quickly said they were busy and told me to email with my concerns. Out of all my years of renting I have never dealt with charges like this, beware.
