My Way Leases has Great customer service and always deliver your order on a timely manner. Dealing with Dolce originally from the Milford store, I never had any problems finding anything I was looking for.Her customer service is outstanding and her manners are very up to par when it comes to dealing with her customers which counts the most..I didn't even have to leave the house and she would send me pictures via text messaging and I was able to chose from the list. If at anytime you have any questions or concerns they are always there to help you the best way they can. I would recommend anyone to lease with My Way, satisfaction garuanteed..If for some reason you can't make a payment all you have to do is contact them..They rather work with you to help you keep the item instead of so quick to knock on your door for pickup as I've experienced with some of these other rental places..On a scale from 1 to 5, I definitely rate My Way Leasing a 5!
I am requesting a manager to get in contact with me ASAP!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I've dealt with you guys when Lakeisha was in the office very sweet lady!! You may want to revaluate your new employees!! I have been waiting for two days for my delivery, the store closes at 6 and I still don't have my merchandise!! Again I want a call back ASAP!!

Listen, my girl G... let me tell you she is my A1 for all my needs when it comes to design and making things happen.. my girl!!! She goes above and beyond for me to get what I want. The seaford family- yes boo, FAMILY! Are absolutely amazing!!
For the most part they are ok to deal with. Gigi is excellent at giving you the best she possibly can for what you need so I appreciate that. Things they need to work on is timing and making sure all the Furniture or bedding that they are delivering is in good shape and have all the parts that are suppose to be with it. I leased a T.V from them before and it had no remote, was suppose to bring the remote back that night or the next day. Never brought it called they didn’t have one yet so we went out and brought our own remote for the T.V. I leased bedding from them and one of the frames is missing two screws so they have to come back out and replace that smh. I mean yes things happen and I understand that but the value of things that are being delivered helps with keeping your customers coming back and happy. If they worked on that then they would be perfect.
Keisha from the Seaford office is amazing. She is always kind and understanding when things come up, always has a smile on her face. She works with you, she gets you what you want (even if she has to call many different stores). Excellent customer service...
