The people at Myers-Duren are all very professional and they truly care. It is a first class organization. From the time I walked in, through purchasing then using the service department it was an exceptional experience all around. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable a special thanks to Carita and her team for fixing my bike. They kept in touch with me through the entire process. Picked up then delivered my bike. The customer service at that place is A plus outstanding. Keep up the good work I will be back!

If you are considering a motorcycle, you need to stop by Myers-Duren and ask for Steve. Absolute best experience ever. The rest of the staff involved in my purchases (Griffin and Ken) have all been fantastic and go above and beyond to be of assistance. The ladies in the clothing area are top notch and the parts crew always answers all my newbie questions and helps me figure out what I need. Great team and Great bikes!

I highly recommend this dealership. I recently had the best experience I've ever had with a H-D Dealership, with Meyers-Duren Harley in Tulsa OK. It started out as a terrible experience, my motorcycle breaking down when I'm 800 mi from home on a road trip. I still was 60 miles from my destination. You wouldn't think it possible (changing a road side disaster into a GREAT outcome) but Meyers-Duren turned it into a very rewarding experience for me and my custom ride. Long story short - they sent a truck with a friendly and competent driver Brett, who secured my bike properly and got us both safely back to Tulsa and their shop. They did that for free! My exhaust pipes first cracked about 150 miles back, but finally fell right off as I neared the town of Stillwater, OK. They started scraping on the asphalt during a right hand turn, the noise scaring the s---- out of me. Lisa from the Riding Academy got on the phone with me, connected me to the service dept. Mike, Carita, Brett and crew went above and beyond to overnight some new pipes, install them and have me back on the road in about 24 hours! They even paid for my UBER ride back to my hotel while they fixed my exhaust! Check out the before and after pic.s - new pipes -beautiful, huh? I've already put over 400 miles on the new pipes and they are running well. I totally recommend you support these folks and see them for any of your Harley needs. They were friendly, treated me, a woman rider, with respect and most importantly they fixed my bike well. I'm currently riding it home to CO instead of having it towed there. Way Cool Folks!
