The worst experience I have ever had in any restaurant! Pieces of fried chicken on the floor. And they were walking on it. Then kicked it under the counter. Workers were so rude! I asked for ranch sauce. The girl told me you only are allowed 2 for 12 piece tender meal. She said if you want more. I’m gonna charge for it. So then I asked for my drink cups. And she rolls her eyes at me. If this restaurant expects to be successful. Maybe the owners or the managers should go take some lessons from the managers at Chick-fil-A.

I was there on 2/7/20 at noon and had a great chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken was just right, spices were good, chicken crispy, tender. I returned on 2/10/20, same time, had the worst chicken sandwich of my life. It appeared it was a reheat or substitute, breading didn't even stick to the chicken. Was so hot with hot sauce it burned my mouth. Sandwich was soggy, chicken was tough. I threw the sandwich away after the third bite. I completed their survey where they ask if you want someone to contact you, they never did. They lost a customer and don't care.
Clean restaurant, fast service and spicy chicken. Its what Popeyes advertises and this franchise delivers. They were out of a couple of soda flavors but they had all the staples. Plenty for the cajun fries.
This is the worst Popeyes I have experienced. We moved to Myrtle Beach 1.5 years ago. This is the 3rd time we have tried to eat here and every single time they are out of chicken. This was the 3rd and final time we will try to eat here. I am almost 9 months pregnant and really wanted popeyes I thought it was no way they could be out of chicken AGAIN. The second time not only were they out of chicken there was a list of other items they were also out of. They need to get it together. Do not recommend.
As always. Great quality..we dont have popeyes in our hometown Wilmington NC. So when on the road. We HAVE to stop
