Beautiful fish, clean fish tanks. Sweet calm baby rabbits. Reptiles, birds and ferrets. I bought my rabbit here. He is older now and a real cuddle bunny. I like to shop for his hay, treats, toys etc here. The rabbit hay is fresh.

The owner is very rude and doesn’t know how to explain his own store policy! He doesn’t advise his customers to the right road especially with corals!! Spent over 250 on one coral and made sure with the owner that it would suit my tank and obviously he was wrong! I was having a problem with one of my fish and was given some sort of chemical recommend by the staff and the very next day I went back to get a refund and right away the owner said no! “We don’t warranty corals” but this was told to me after the fact which makes this even worse and when I asked what killed it the staff said they don’t know when it was obviously the chemical they gave me but they didn’t want to fess up about it! I guess thats what a 5 year loyal customer gets! But the staff is friendly but not the owner! NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN!!
Worst pet store in Rockland! Staff is nice but somewhat knowledgeable! But the owner is extremely rude and very cheap! Also horrible prices! Super overpriced
